Portrait Photography

I have never considered myself a portrait photographer. In fact, I have intentionally avoided the stress of trying to take photographs that are intended to be pleasing to anyone but me. However, our good friends asked if I would take their family photos. Here are the results. Thank goodness for image editing software.

These are really great, Michael!! I think you did a nice job and your exposures look great :) Did you have it on aperture priority or something?

(Also, I'm sure the Mrs. in these pictures picked the colors, yes? I love the pink :) It looks really nice with the greenery!)

Thanks Jan. You're nice. Yes, I almost always shoot in aperture priority. Had to play with the ISO as well because we were losing light.

I had nothing to do with the clothing choices, but you're right it worked out pretty well.

Lot's of stress doing family photos. Not sure how you and others do it without getting ulsers.
